An allergen matrix your kitchen team can share
Keep your dish allergen list in the same app as your daily checks. Managers update it, and everyone at the location can look it up or share a PDF.

Switch it on for the locations that need it
An owner or manager can enable Allergens as an optional Home tile for a location. Each location keeps its own dish list.
Your team checks the ingredients
Owners and managers add dishes and select the allergens each contains from the 14 regulated categories. Lemon stores those selections; it does not infer allergens from recipes. Review ingredient and supplier information when maintaining the list.
One list for the team, a PDF to share
Every member of the location can read the list and export a standalone allergen matrix PDF. Update dishes when your menu changes. The matrix reflects the current list, not a full history of past menus.

Common questions
Which allergens does Lemon include?
Celery, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya, and sulphur dioxide and sulphites.
Does Lemon work out allergens from a recipe?
No. An owner or manager checks the ingredients and selects each dish's allergens manually. Lemon does not import recipes or infer their allergens.
Can staff change the dish list?
Staff can view it and share its PDF. Owners and managers maintain dishes and enable the feature for the location.
Does an empty allergen list mean a dish is allergen-free?
No. It means no allergens have been selected for that dish. The matrix does not guarantee allergen-free food or assess cross-contact. Your team still needs to verify ingredients and preparation risks.
