The whole month at a glance

The compliance calendar colour-codes every day: complete, partly done, or missed, with issues marked where they happened. You spot the gap on Tuesday before an inspector does, and you walk into any inspection already knowing what the records show.

One tap, one PDF

Export any period as a clean, readable PDF an inspector will accept, or as CSV if you want the raw data. Exports go through the share sheet, so records land in an email, a printer or a folder in seconds, even mid-inspection.

Records that hold up

Every record shows who logged it and when, entries cannot be edited after the fact, and voided entries stay visible with their note. Records live in secure cloud storage rather than on one phone, so a dropped handset never takes your compliance history with it.

What you get

Common questions

Will an EHO accept digital records instead of paper?

Yes. What matters to an inspector is that records are complete, genuine and available during the visit. Digital records that are timestamped, named and exportable typically read as more credible than paper, because they are much harder to fill in retrospectively.

What export formats does Lemon support?

PDF for inspections and CSV for your own analysis. Both export in one tap through the share sheet, so you can email, print or file them on the spot.

How far back do my records go?

Everything since you started using Lemon. Records are never deleted, so the history an inspector can ask for is always there.

What happens if a phone is lost or broken?

Nothing happens to your records. They live in secure cloud storage, not on the device, so you sign in on another phone and everything is exactly where it was.

Can records be tidied up before an inspection?

No, and that is the point. Records cannot be edited once saved, and a voided entry stays visible with its note. That immutability is what makes the export trustworthy to an EHO.
